Our soy-based candles use pet-friendly fragrances, but we recommend keeping all burning candles out of reach of curious paws. Consider placing candles on high shelves or in enclosed lanterns if you have climbing cats!
Do bedding sets come with all pieces shown?
Each “Bedding Sets & Collections” listing clearly specifies included components (duvet covers, shams, sheets). Some stylized photos may include coordinating sold-separately decorative pillows or throws to inspire complete looks.

Why is my tracking number not updating?
International shipments may show limited updates for 3-5 days while clearing customs. If your package seems “stuck,” this is usually just the global design journey in progress! Contact us if no movement after 7 days.
Returns & Exchanges
What’s your return policy?
We offer 15 days from delivery date to initiate returns for unused items in original packaging. Please email [email protected] with your order number and “Return Request” in the subject line. Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless item is damaged/defective.
My rug arrived with creasesâis this normal?
Absolutely! Our hand-rolled rugs may develop temporary creases during transit. Simply unroll and let it relax for 24-48 hours. For stubborn creases, a light steam (not iron) can helpâor embrace the lived-in boho charm!
Do you offer exchanges?
Currently we process returns and new orders separately to ensure you receive fresh-from-studio items. Return your original purchase (following our return process), then place a new order for your preferred item.
